Free cancellation for changing plans
If your plans change, Lounge Pass provides free cancellation when the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the booked lounge visit date and time, subject to the current Lounge Pass cancellation policy. Cancellations made inside that period may not be refundable, so check the booking conditions before purchase.
Before booking your lounge
Confirm that the lounge is accessible from the terminal used by your flight, check opening hours and the permitted stay duration, and review guest, child and dress rules. You will normally still need a valid boarding pass and must complete the airport's normal check-in, security and passport-control procedures where applicable.
